At Daily Evaly LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed due to real-time automated fulfillment.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description
Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
You have contacted us with photo or video proof of the issue
⚠️ Note: Minor variations in product packaging, color, or branding may occur due to global warehouse handling. These are not considered valid reasons for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
Incorrect address provided during checkout
Delays caused by logistics, customs, or holidays
Sale items, clearance products, or digital goods
Opened or used items (unless defective)
4. Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
We do not provide return labels unless required by our fulfillment partner
If a return is sent without approval, it may not be processed
6. Package Not Delivered / Lost in Transit
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
First, check with neighbors or your local post office
If the issue persists, email support@dailyevaly.com within 5 days of the marked delivery
We will open an investigation with the logistics partner; this may take 5–15 business days
❗Daily Evaly LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.
7. Delayed Shipments
Most products ship within 3–5 business days and are delivered within 7–21 business days depending on destination. However:
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, or warehouse backlogs
Orders cannot be refunded solely due to shipping delays unless the item fails to arrive within 45 business days from the order date
